Active Subscription Required
To earn commissions, you must be an active subscriber. If you cancel your subscription, your revenue stream stops immediately.
90-Day Vesting Period
Commissions "vest" (become cash-eligible) after your referral pays their 3rd invoice, or 90 days for annual plans.
Distributor Status
Cash payouts are triggered only when Commissions > Subscription Cost. Until that threshold is met, earnings are applied as service credits.
